A: Firenze Sud motorway exit is 7 km far from the Residence. Florence town centre is about 10-13 kilometres far.

Q: How far from the residence is the bus stop to Florence?
A: The bus stop to Florence is less than 100 metres far. After a 35 minutes bus trip you will be in Florence historical centre.

Q: How far is Ugolino Golf Course?
A: Ugolino Golf Course entrance is less than 100 metres far from the Residence, opposite to the Residence, on the other side of the SR 222 Chiantigiana, the Chianti Wine Road.

Q: Where is the nearest supermarket?
A: The nearest supermarket is in Grassina, about 4 km from the Residence. In Grassina you also find all kind of shops, bank, post office.

Q: What is the exact address of the residence to put in my GPS?
A: Ugolino or L’Ugolino Via di Poggio Ugolino 1

Q: What are the road indications to the Residence?
A: Motorway A1 exit Firenze Sud. After the toll gate turn right into the SR 222 Chiantigiana, direction Grassina – Greve in Chianti - Siena. Drive ahead for 7 km then turn right, direction Poggio Ugolino – Valiano. After 50 m turn left and you are arrived.

Q: How far is Florence airport?
A: Florence airport is 30 km far.

Q: Does the Residence accept credit cards?
A: Yes, the Residence accept major credit cards such as Visa, American Express and Mastercard.

Q: At what time is it possible to check-in?
A: From April to September it is possible to check-in from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. From October to March it is possible to check-in from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Q: In case of late arrival is it possible to check-in later than 6:00/7:00 pm?
A: We kindly ask you to inform us about your late arrival by calling our number ++39 055 230551. Arrivals after the reception opening times are organised with instructions on how to enter the booked accommodation unit. The procedure is very easy. All check-in formalities will be done the following day.

Q: Does the Residence have a breakfast service?
A: Yes, from April to September and upon request. The continental breakfast is daily served in our sunny veranda. The continental buffet breakfast costs Euro 7,00 per person.

Q: Does the Residence have a swimming-pool?
A: Yes, the Residence has a swimming-pool open from May 1. to September 30.

Q: Does the Residence have a parking?
A: Yes, the Residence have two spacious free private parking areas.

Q: Does the Residence have an internet connection?
A: There’s no internet connection in the apartments but there’s a free internet point at the reception at all guests’ disposal.

Q: Does the Residence have a fitness room?
A: Yes, the Residence has a new Technogym fitness room with a sauna at all guests’ disposal during the reception opening times.

Q: Does the Residence have a washing machine?
A: Yes. All guests have free access to a laundry room opened 24 h.
